• Conduct legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support attorneys in case preparation
• Assist with drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Prepare and organize exhibits, evidence, and other documents for trial
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to schedule hearings and depositions
• Maintain case files and update case management systems with relevant information
• Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and meetings
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and organizing documents

Experience

Experience for the ideal candidate, but willing to train someone new to Family Law

• Proficiency in legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures in family law cases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to draft legal documents accurately and efficiently
• Experience with case management software is preferred
