The practice handles a broad range of matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, child custody, parenting time, support, equitable distribution, domestic violence, prenuptial agreements, and post-judgment matters.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in New Jersey
• Experience handling matrimonial and family law matters

• Ability to manage matters independently and work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff
• Compensation ranging from $150,000 to $210,000+, depending on experience
• Higher compensation may be available for senior attorneys based on experience, portable business, and the scope of the role
• Performance and origination bonus opportunities
