Jobot is seeking a Family Law Attorney in New Jersey for a rare rebuild opportunity. This role targets a 2-3 year associate who wants real training, real cases, and a clear path to partnership.
You will manage matrimonial and family law matters, attend hearings, and grow with mentorship from senior partners. The firm emphasizes quality work, balanced billables, hybrid office presence, and meaningful bonuses.
Salary: $145,000 - $155,000 per year
We're a well-established, full-service New Jersey firm with a genuinely different culture. We're not a typical grind-it-out firm - we're a lifestyle practice that believes good lawyers do their best work when they're mentored, supported, and trusted to manage their own time. We have a billable target, but we care far more about quality work and long-term development than about clock-watching. Partners here see it as their job to feed associates work and train them properly, not throw them in the deep end.
