Leesburg, Virginia
Represent clients in family law matters such as divorce, custody, child and spousal support, property division, and related legal issues
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including separation agreements, parenting plans, and settlement proposals
Provide clear, strategic, and compassionate legal counsel to clients in emotionally charged situations
Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to deliver consistent and comprehensive client service
Participate in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
Maintain case files, meet deadlines, and uphold high professional and ethical standards
Active license to practice law in the state of Virginia
Experience handling family law cases preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse and active caseload
Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills
Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation capabilities
Commitment to integrity, empathy, and professionalism
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Admission to the Virginia State Bar in good standing
Expertise in family law, including custody, support, and property matters
Skilled in drafting legal pleadings and client agreements
Ability to think critically and resolve complex legal issues
Strong client counseling, conflict resolution, and case strategy planning
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational habits
Team-oriented with a collaborative work style
