Job summary

Leeds Professional Resources is seeking a dedicated Family Law Attorney to represent clients through the full lifecycle of Florida divorce and family-law matters. You will manage caseloads, draft pleadings, appear at hearings, and ensure timely client communication.

The role requires Florida Bar membership, strong litigation and writing skills, and the ability to handle deadlines in a multi-office setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida Bar membership.
• Florida family-law litigation in Florida.
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and full caseload.
• Valid driver’s license and travel as required.
• Three+ years of family-law experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload from intake through mediation, hearing, trial, and final judgment.

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted membership in The Florida Bar.
• Family-law litigation experience in Florida.

• Ability to manage competing deadlines and a full caseload.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for proceedings when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years of family-law experience.
• Trial experience and familiarity with Florida family-law rules.
• Rocket Matter or comparable case-management experience.
