Protouch Staffing is seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney for a boutique Bradenton, FL firm. The role requires independent caseload management across divorce, custody, alimony, and related matters, with hearings and trials experience in Florida family law.

The attorney will develop litigation strategies, draft pleadings, and collaborate with paralegals and staff in a hybrid work environment. Florida bar membership and a minimum of five years of litigation are required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in Florida family law preferred.
• Ability to travel to local courts.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage family law cases from intake through resolution.
• Handle divorce, child custody, paternity, alimony, child support, equitable distribution, modifications, and enforcement matters.
• Develop case strategies and advise clients on legal options and potential outcomes.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with Florida family law statutes and court procedures.
• Work closely with paralegals and administrative staff to manage case progression.
• Maintain client relationships, case documentation, deadlines, and billing records.
