Orionplacement invites a Florida-licensed family law attorney to join our growing practice in Fleming Island. Independently manage a full family law caseload, handle divorce, custody, alimony, and related matters, and represent clients in hearings and negotiations with a client-first approach.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of family law experience, strong courtroom and negotiation skills, excellent writing and communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of family law litigation experience.
• Ability to independently manage a family law caseload.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a family law litigation caseload from start to finish.
• Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, alimony, and post-judgment matters.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
• Develop legal strategies tailored to each client's goals.
• Negotiate favorable settlements while preparing every case for litigation when necessary.
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to deliver outstanding client service.
• Build trusted client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and compassion.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support the firm's continued growth.
