Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Arizona Bar membership in good standing.
• Arizona family law experience with litigation exposure.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex family law cases, including litigation, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Provide strategic counsel, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to expand expertise and provide exceptional client care.
