Job summary

A well-established Boston law firm is seeking a Family Law Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join its growing practice. Represent clients in divorce and family law matters, draft pleadings, and work directly with clients in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have a J.D. from an accredited law school, admission to the Massachusetts Bar, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines while delivering practical guidance and

Qualifications

2–5 years of family law experience.
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Massachusetts Bar in good standing.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in divorce and family law matters.
Handle matters involving divorce, custody, child support, modifications, paternity, and asset division.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, and other legal documents.
Participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, negotiations, and trials.
Work directly with clients and provide practical guidance throughout matters.
Assist with complex financial issues, including assets, closely held businesses, real estate, and executive compensation.
Manage matters independently while collaborating with experienced attorneys on case strategy.
