Responsibilities

• Manage a growing family law caseload with guidance from experienced attorneys.
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, evidentiary proceedings, and other litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, discovery, and other documents.
• Articulate complex legal concepts clearly to clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Develop litigation strategies and prepare cases for hearings and trials.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships with professionalism, responsiveness.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff using firm technology and systems.
• Continue developing courtroom advocacy and trial skills through mentorship.
