Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing family law caseload with guidance from experienced attorneys.
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, evidentiary proceedings, and other litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, discovery, and other documents.
• Articulate complex legal concepts clearly to clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Develop litigation strategies and prepare cases for hearings and trials.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a growing family law caseload with guidance and support from experienced attorneys
• Regularly appear in court for hearings, conferences, evidentiary proceedings, and other litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, discovery, and other legal documents with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Effectively articulate complex legal concepts through strong verbal and written communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Assist in developing litigation strategies and preparing cases for hearings and trials
• Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues to support effective case strategies
• Maintain strong client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and clear communication
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff while utilizing the firm’s technology and established systems to efficiently manage cases

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience practicing law in a law firm or relevant legal setting; family law experience preferred
