Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation across various family law matters, including divorce, custody disputes, support agreements, and property division.
- Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, settlement conferences, and other legal proceedings.
- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery materials.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal and factual issues, anticipating potential challenges and proposing effective strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Legal Expertise: Demonstrated ability to handle family law cases from start to finish, including court representation, mediation, drafting legal documents, and discovery.
