The Family Law Attorney will handle a full caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and related probate issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, assessing legal needs, developing case strategies, drafting pleadings and motions, and reviewing financial and custodial documents. The role involves appearing in the Essex, Middlesex, and Suffolk Probate and Family Courts for hearings, pre-trial conferences, and trials, as well as conducting depositions and negotiations with opposing counsel. The attorney will collaborate with colleagues and support staff, maintain accurate case files, and ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Salem, MA.
