Job summary

Valor Hospitality Group is seeking a hotel housekeeping team member in Memphis, TN to maintain lobby and public spaces, ensuring a clean, safe environment for guests. Responsibilities include dusting, vacuuming, stocking supplies, and responding to guest requests with a courteous attitude.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience is necessary. The position is on-site with benefits and opportunities to contribute to guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel

Responsibilities

• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures and window frames.
• Vacuum upholstery, drapery, and carpeting; clean hallways and public areas.
• Clean and shine glass and metal surfaces.
• Empty ash urns; remove trash to dumpster.
• Stock housekeeping cart with supplies.
• Fulfil guest requests and handle complaints to achieve satisfaction.
• Turn in lost and found items to the supervisor.
• Maintain equipment, keys and supplies securely at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
