Endeavor Health Medical Group in Buffalo Grove, IL seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a full-time outpatient role.

This position offers 36 patient-facing hours, a Mon–Fri schedule with one early and one late day and one Saturday per month. Enjoy seamless access to patients via our Epic EMR and be part of an integrated, physician-led organization.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of accredited medical school is required.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Illinois.
• Board certification/Board eligibility inFamily Medicine or Internal Medicine.

• Full-time 1.0 FTE with Mon–Fri schedule including an early start (7am) and late day (7pm).
• One Saturday per month for 4 hours.
• Call: 2 weeks per year.
