Job summary

Endeavor Health, a fully integrated healthcare delivery system, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a full-time role at our Rolling Meadows location. The position offers 32 patient-facing hours per week with 4 hours of administrative time, and is integrated through Epic EMR to ensure streamlined patient access.

Qualifications

• 1. Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
• 2. Board certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• 3. Graduate of accredited and recognized medical school
• 4. Current CPR certification or specialty specific advanced life support (ACLS, ATLS, PALS) certification obtained through American Heart Association.

• Position: Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician

• Location: 5999 New Wilke Rd. Rolling Meadows, IL

• Full Time - 1.0 FTE, 32 patient facing hours, 4 hours of administrative time

• Pay Range: $222,369 - $356,709 - The pay rate offered is determined within the pay range and is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance measures
