Sage Haus is seeking a patient, organized House Manager to support with light cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, and pet care for a busy family on the Upper West Side. You will coordinate household systems, manage calendars, and assist with child logistics while collaborating closely with the family.

The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, English-speaking, tech-proficient, and close to the Upper West Side, with a flexible schedule (Mon-Wed 2:00-7:30pm) and potential to add hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with light cleaning, meal prep, laundry, and pet care.
• Plan and prepare halal meals, follow family recipes, and handle groceries.
• Maintain household organization and supply management; coordinate calendars and errands.
• Track household needs using family systems app (Notion preferred).
• Support toddler care logistics and provide occasional backup supervision.
