Qualifikationen

• Education, training or commensurate experience in childbirth education.
• Experience in instructing patients, students, or families.
• Experience in obstetrics, labor and delivery, and/or postpartum.
• Experience with in person and virtual instruction.
• Certification as a childbirth educator.
• Relevant courses, licensure, or commensurate experience will be considered in lieu of certification.

The Family Health Educator is a committed individual who provides health education and support services to the community in the areas of Family Health, focusing on childbirth and related topics. This position provides a crucial link to the hospital and prepares families for childbirth, their hospital stay, and early postpartum period in our family-centered care environment before they transition home.

This position will provide flexibility in scheduling.
