Carter's Retail Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, introduce baby essentials, and help families prepare for the school year in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

You’ll execute point-of-sale transactions, assist with replenishment, and explain promotions and loyalty programs. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and flexibility, with availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product styles, features, and benefits
