Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues proactively in a busy retail setting while balancing multiple customers.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit details.
• Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
