• Minimum five years of recent tax experience serving family enterprises, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, trusts and estates, privately held businesses, partnerships, or related clients within a public accounting firm, corporate tax department, or law firm

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and deliver high-quality tax services to family enterprises, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses
• Review and analyze complex individual, gift, estate, trust, partnership, and business tax returns
• Build and monitor multiple client engagement teams with active client communication
• Lead and mentor tax professionals with technical guidance and performance reviews
• Oversee engagement economics including budgeting, staffing, billing, and project performance
• Contribute to growth of Family Enterprise practice through business development and collaboration across groups
• Uphold integrity and a respectful work environment
