Qualifikationen

• Deep technical knowledge of individual income tax, trusts, estates, and wealth transfer planning.
• Significant experience with partnership taxation and pass-through structures.
• Exposure to asset management, private equity, or investment partnerships preferred.
• Proven track record leading client engagements and mentoring staff.

• Lead and oversee complex individual, gift, estate, trust, and partnership engagements.
• Build and expand client relationships; act as primary point of contact with exceptional service.

• Manage engagement economics including planning, staffing, budgets, and billing.
• Drive growth of family enterprise practice through business development and thought leadership.
