Job summary

United Way Miami seeks a Supervisor, Family Engagement EHS CCP to oversee Head Start Family Engagement standards and systems. The role supports Family Support Specialists, ensuring enrollment, attendance, and advocacy services align with PFCE and Performance Standards.

You will lead collaboration across centers, develop staff training, track reports, and coordinate community partnerships while safeguarding confidential data and ensuring program quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field; CPR training preferred.
• 2+ years working with families in community programs; Head Start experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology; ability to adapt to new software.
• Knowledge of Head Start Standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Family Support Specialists in ERSEA and related standards.
• Develop systems for Family & Community Partnerships and ERSEA services.
• Review Family Engagement, Parent Involvement, and Community Partnerships files.
• Develop training and other support systems for identified needs.
• Participate in program evaluation through Self-Assessment.
• Develop Family & Community Partnerships plans per Performance Standards.
• Conduct monthly meetings with Family Engagement Staff and prepare reports.
• Maintain updated Community Resource directory at each location.
