Job summary

Catherine Hershey Schools for Early Learning in the United States seeks a Family Success Manager to implement family engagement policies, oversee enrollment activities, and partner with community organizations to support children and families.

You will lead a team of Family Success Advocates, coordinate with the CHS Central Office, and ensure education, health, and safety questions for families are answered while upholding high standards and compliance with OCDEL/NAEYC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, family studies, human development or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• 5 years in family/community engagement preferred
• Experience with low-income families
• Strong accountability and openness to feedback
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to lead and coach a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to CHS/MHS mission
• US work authorization

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CHS Central Office enrollment and family success teams to implement policies and strategies
• Create and track family success objectives and milestones
• Communicate with parents and lead meetings on difficult issues
• Lead and coach a team of Family Success Advocates
• Oversee the Enrollment Coordinator and all enrollment activities
• Support family engagement events and initiatives
• Develop feedback loops and address gaps in family and community engagement
• Engage community partners and align specialists
• Stay updated on family studies and child development
• Reinforce best practices with families, children, and partners
• Provide input for new policies and procedures
• Support professional development activities
• Other duties as assigned
