Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in human services preferred.
• Experience working with families or individuals.
• Willingness to complete Online Family Partner Certificate Program (employer paid).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel.
• Required immunizations (MMR, TDaP) and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support families in setting goals and accessing community resources.
• Assist with recruitment and enrollment.
• Partner with staff to strengthen family engagement.
• Help families meet health requirements and coordinate referrals.
• Conduct home and center visits (minimum two home visits per year).
• Participate in evening meetings and outreach as needed.
