About the job:
The Family Engagement Coordinator provides leadership, supervision, coaching, and support to Family Engagement Specialists (FES) who partner with families enrolled in the Early Head Start program. The Family Engagement Coordinator ensures that the FES build meaningful relationships with families, coordinating comprehensive services, strengthening family partnerships, and promoting family well-being, parent leadership, and self-sufficiency. They also support continuous improvement efforts and consistent implementation of family engagement practices across the program.
