Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide education, modeling and supportive services based on each family’s service plan.
• Help families develop skills through parenting, independent living, household management and other educational opportunities.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate educational classes and parent/child activities.
• Supervise children during scheduled visits, in-home services and other assigned situations.
• Conduct home or residential visits and maintain ongoing contact with families.
