Job summary

RCMA seeks a NCEF/ELC Community Eligibility Counselor in Immokalee, FL to streamline SR and VPK eligibility processes for families. You will coordinate with ELC Southwest Florida and RCMA, maintain files, and manage enrollment documentation for local centers and schools.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and familiarity with EFS. The role includes on-site work, community engagement, and a fingerprint background check requirement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; basic computer skills.
• Experience with EFS preferred for eligibility workflows.
• Typing, math, and accurate documentation abilities.
• Ability to relate and communicate with diverse families.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of entry for Immokalee families in SR/VPK enrollment.
• Coordinate SR and VPK eligibility with ELC and RCMA.
• Maintain files, upload eligibility docs, and generate reports.
• Assist with TANF, protective services enrollments and transfers.
• Support data entry into EFS mod and ensure timely updates.
