Vinfen in Lawrence, MA is seeking a Family Connector to enhance the integration of persons served in the community. This role involves outreach, providing psycho-education, and supporting family engagement in treatment plans. Candidates should have relevant personal or professional experience with mental health systems and hold a bachelor’s degree in human services or similar fields. Qualifications

• First-hand experience with a family member receiving mental health services.
• Experience navigating family-serving systems.
• Experience working with children/adolescents/TAY or adult.

Responsabilités

• Provide outreach and support to PS families.
• Train and mentor staff on family/supporter perspectives.
• Deliver interventions per Treatment Plan.

Connaissances

Strong commitment to rights and abilities of PS

Knowledge of PS engagement strategies

Ability to form trusting relationships

Sensitivity to cultural and gender issues

Knowledge of assessment skills

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in human services field

High school diploma or GED
