Firefly Children and Family Alliance seeks a full-time Community Partners Liaison in Marion County to connect with schools, social services, and community agencies. You will assess needs, coordinate services, and advocate for referral families to meet goals.

Bilingual applicants in Spanish or Creole are encouraged. Responsibilities include home-based support, resource connections, documentation, crisis response, and transportation assistance to ensure families access programs and services.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in social services for children or families.
• Experience in child development and knowledge of community resources.
• Trained in recognizing abuse or neglect.
• Valid driver's license with insurance and a clean driving record.

• Referral Family Support: provide home-based services and connect families to resources.
• Lead families through goal-setting and coordinate with community supports.
• Advocate for families to exceed progress goals and assist with transportation.
