Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Clinician to join our North Carolina team, operating in community settings. You will use the FCT model to help at-risk families build positive behavioral patterns and prevent out-of-home placements.

You’ll provide trauma-informed therapy, skills training, and coordinate community resources to promote stability, safety, and improved family functioning; a Master’s degree and licensure are required, with official FCT certification to be completed

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a Human Services field.
• Active or provisional licensure as listed.
• Must complete official FCT certification within 12 months of hire.

• Conduct trauma treatment, interventions, and skills-based training for youth and families

• Coordinate community resources and wraparound services
• Maintain timely documentation in accordance with agency and FCT standards

About The Role

We’re hiring a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Clinician to join our North Carolina team. In this role, you’ll use the evidence-based FCT model to help at‑risk families build positive behavioral patterns, strengthen relationships, and prevent out-of-home placements. As an FCT Clinician, you’ll provide trauma‑informed therapy, skills training, and community resource coordination to promote stability, safety, and improved family functioning.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing in-home or community-based therapy
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and family-systems approaches
• Strong communication and crisis intervention skills
