Clarvida is seeking a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Clinician in North Carolina to support at-risk families using the FCT model. You will provide trauma-informed therapy, skills training, and coordination of community resources to promote stability, safety, and improved family functioning.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a Human Services field, current licensure or provisional licensure, and completion of FCT certification within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a Human Services field.
• Full or provisional licensure (LCMHC, LCMHC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCSW, LCSWA, LP, or LP-A)
• Must complete official FCT certification through the Family Centered Treatment Foundation (FCT Foundation) within 12 months of hire

About The Role

We’re hiring a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Clinician to join our North Carolina team. In this role, you’ll use the evidence-based FCT model to help at-risk families build positive behavioral patterns, strengthen relationships, and prevent out-of-home placements. As an FCT Clinician, you’ll provide trauma-informed therapy, skills training, and community resource coordination to promote stability, safety, and improved family functioning.

• Provide family-centered therapy and support using the FCT model
• Conduct trauma treatment, interventions, and skills-based training for youth and families
• Facilitate family engagement and collaboration throughout treatment
