Qualifications

• Must complete official FCT certification through the Family Centered Treatment Foundation within 12 months of hire.

About The Role

We're hiring a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Clinician to join our North Carolina team. In this role, you'll use the evidence-based FCT model to help at-risk families build positive behavioral patterns, strengthen relationships, and prevent out-of-home placements. As an FCT Clinician, you'll provide trauma-informed therapy, skills training, and community resource coordination to promote stability, safety, and improved family functioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide family-centered therapy and support using the FCT model
• Conduct trauma treatment, interventions, and skills-based training for youth and families
• Facilitate family engagement and collaboration throughout treatment
• Coordinate community resources and wraparound services
• Maintain timely documentation in accordance with agency and FCT standards

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a Human Services field
