Job summary

The Warren Center is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist to support the developmental needs of children enrolled in our Early Childhood Intervention Program. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) and certification steps for EIS. The position may involve travel to client homes and flexible scheduling to serve families effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (child development, early childhood education, social work, special education).
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers and their families.

Responsibilities

• Assess the need for developmental services.
• Plan, implement, and revise developmental plans for children and families.
• Provide services directly to children and families or as a consultant.
• Document services, activities, and consultations.
• Collaborate with families and coordinate care among professionals.
• Supervise interns or volunteers where appropriate.
