Job summary

Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities is seeking a dedicated Early Intervention Evaluator to conduct comprehensive evaluations for infants and toddlers in home or agreed locations, using standardized tools and clinical judgment to assess development.

You will collaborate with families, service coordinators, and team members to determine eligibility, prepare IFSP-related documentation, and ensure timely reporting while maintaining a family-centered approach and adherence to program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Early Childhood or related field.
• Early Intervention Certificate.
• 1-2 years of pediatric experience (preferred).
• Must be able to lift, bend, push, pull up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive early intervention evaluations and assessments in home or family-friendly locations.
• Utilizes standardized tools, observation, and clinical judgment to assess developmental functioning.
• Communicates results clearly to families and supports understanding of findings and next steps.
• Completes evaluation documentation and prepares reports for IFSP development and eligibility decisions.
• Collaborates with Service Coordinators and team members to ensure timely information transfer and decisions.
