Job summary

AdvanceCare Health Services seeks compassionate in-home caregivers to support adults in Middle Tennessee. You will provide non-medical services to help clients stay independent in their homes while joining a caring, family-like team.

Qualified candidates live in Middle TN, have a valid driver’s license, and can pass a background check. The role offers an independent work environment and monthly recognition programs to celebrate great care.

Qualifications

• Non-medical in-home care for individuals in Middle Tennessee.
• Must live in Middle TN to participate.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Provide companionship, mobility assistance, meal prep, grooming and daily living support.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with mobility and transferring as needed.
• Assist with meal preparation and dietary needs.
• Provide medication and appointment reminders.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, toileting, and personal care.
• Run errands and transportation support as required.
• Ensure safety supervision in the home environment.

We are looking for caring, kind, and dependable people who desire to provide non-medical, in-home care to individuals throughout Middle Tennessee. It is a requirement that you live in Middle TN to participate in this program.

Pay is dependent on the needs of our individuals but may start at $2,300 per month (tax-free income).

As a Family Model Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical services that allow people to remain independent and feel valued.
