Job summary

The Institute for Human Services in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Family Case Manager. You will work with families who have faced homelessness, helping them develop life skills and pursue long-term independence.

Responsibilities include intake assessments, service-planning, coaching, crisis response, and connecting families to resources, while ensuring compliant documentation. Full-time schedule with some evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct case management or related experience.
• Experience with disenfranchised families and at-risk children.
• Knowledge of domestic violence, substance use, mental health, and trauma.
• CPI certification (or ability to obtain), CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Compensation

Starting at $21.15/hour (based on experience and contract guidelines)

Schedule

Full-time, generally Monday–Friday during business hours (Some evenings, weekends, and holidays required based on program needs)
