You will build trust, assess family needs, educate about programs and benefits, coordinate with advisors, and maintain confidential client records to ensure a smooth, supportive experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service or related fields.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities or families is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for families via phone, email, and in-person/virtual meetings.
• Build rapport and assess families' needs and goals.
• Educate families about programs and resources and financial planning services.
• Schedule consultations and connect families with advisors and specialists.
• Maintain confidential client records in CRM/case management systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
