Folium, Inc. is seeking a managerial leader to direct Laurel Life FBMHS programs and personnel, ensuring service delivery compliance with regulations and contracts. You will oversee operations, staff development, and data reporting while maintaining strong financial stewardship.

The role requires trauma-informed care implementation, ESPI certification, and collaboration with state and county bodies. Travel to sites may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology.
• Minimum five years in social services with children, adolescents and families.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and oversee daily program operations of Laurel Life FBMHS programs; collect stats and support staff.
• Standardize operations, develop policies and update manuals.
• Ensure program compliance with PA statutes and contracts.
• Personnel management: staffing, interviewing, performance feedback, discipline.
• Maintain liaison with State, County and contractual Behavioral Health Organizations.
• Provide budgetary guidance to maintain strong financial position.
• Coordinate required staff training and development.
• Maintain proper record keeping and file security as required.
• Attend clinical trainings and Management Team meetings; advocate for teams.
• Provide clinical supervision to teams; live supervision totaling 3 hours.
• Complete ESPI training and apply it per policy and guidelines.
• May perform other duties at the Regional Director's request; respond to crises 24/7.
