Gemma Services is seeking a Family Based Mental Health Professional/Clinician to serve as the primary clinician on the treatment team, delivering services in homes, schools, and community settings. The role aims to avoid higher levels of care by addressing underlying family needs and strengthening functioning.

Qualifications include a Master's degree in a clinical discipline (MFT preferred) and at least two years in a child/adolescent behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical discipline is required.
• Two years of clinical experience in child/adolescent behavioral health.
• Knowledge of Family Based program operations, regulations, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide services in homes, schools, and communities as part of treatment team.
• Conduct clinical assessments and build understanding of family needs and strengths.
• Deliver individual and family counseling to resolve conflicts and build skills.
