Fuentez Law, a boutique law firm in Friendswood, Texas, is looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney who is confident in litigation, dependable, client-focused, and capable of managing cases with a high level of independence.

We are looking for more than someone who can simply handle a case file. We want an attorney who takes ownership, communicates exceptionally well, meets deadlines, and genuinely cares about the clients we serve.

THIS IS A LITIGATION POSITION

If you do not want to be in the courtroom litigating family law matters, this position is not for you.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable appearing in court and have the desire and ability to litigate cases at hearings and trials. You should be confident advocating for clients, thinking on your feet, and taking an active role in courtroom proceedings.

THE ROLE

As a Family Law Attorney, you will have the opportunity to handle a variety of family law matters while working within a boutique firm environment where your contributions matter.

The ideal candidate is someone who can hit the ground running, manage their caseload independently, communicate proactively with clients and the legal team, conduct effective client consultations, and confidently prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials.

• Starting salary of $120,000, with compensation based on experience
• Bonus potential for exceeding established billable-hour requirements
