Job summary

Acelero Learning, Inc. is seeking a Family Advocate in Milwaukee, WI to strengthen parent‑child relationships and promote school readiness within the Head Start program.

You will guide families through enrollment, support health and attendance goals, and collaborate with community partners to ensure access to resources. The role requires engaging families through home and group activities, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to foster culturally responsive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in social work, family services or related field.
• Family Development Certificate or Credential within 18 months of hire considered.
• Experience helping families in low‑income diverse communities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage families in in‑home and group experiences to boost school readiness.
• Manage enrollment activities, documentation, and attendance goals.
• Coordinate with community partners to connect families with resources.
• Maintain data entry and reporting for ERSEA and enrollment.
• Establish relationships with partners to expand access to services.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
