Qualifications

• RN license and CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess residents on psychotropic medications for clinical appropriateness.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and potential dose reductions.
• Complete MDS documentation and evaluations; obtain informed consent.
• Develop care plans for residents on psychotropic meds and coordinate psychiatric services.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality resident care.
