Job summary

Enterprise Holdings offers a Management Internship that gives university students real-world business and leadership experience. You'll work on challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals in a team-based setting, learning to manage a fleet and build customer relationships.

The internship is located at 806 Opelika Rd, Auburn, AL, and pays $15/hour. You may engage in projects, potential performance incentives, and network with peers in a competitive, growth-oriented program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must be a current senior in your bachelor’s degree program scheduled for graduation no later than May 2027.
• Must have 6 months of sales or customer service or marketing or management experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.

The current intern rate of pay is $15 / hour

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be a current Senior in your bachelor’s degree program scheduled for graduation no later than May 2027.
• Must have 6 months of sales (business to business, commission based or quota based) or customer service or marketing or management experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
  • Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualifiedfrom consideration.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to work up to 25 hours per week, to include a weekend rotation once a month.
