Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is offering a Management Internship in Macon, GA. You will gain hands-on experience in fleet management, customer service, and leadership while supporting marketing strategies and relationship building with customers and coworkers.

As a current senior in a bachelor's program with graduation planned for May 2027, you will work up to 25 hours per week, including one weekend rotation per month, and receive compensation at $15 per hour as a paid intern.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Senior in bachelor's degree program scheduled for graduation no later than May 2027.
• Must have 6 months of sales, customer service, marketing or management experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Must be able to work up to 25 hours per week, including a weekend rotation once a month.

The current intern rate of pay is $15 / hour

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you'll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.

• Must have 6 months of sales (business to business, commission based or quota based) or customer service or marketing or management experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
  • Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualifiedfrom consideration.
