Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Flexible and able to adjust daily routine.

• Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior.
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and understanding English.
• One of: Associate's degree or 48 college credit hours OR a Paraprofessional Proficiency Test score of 70+.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance as essential functions.
• Assist the teacher in the classroom and handle clerical duties (phones, reception, copying, sorting).
