Quality Bicycle Products in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Full-Time Seasonal Associate for a two-month fall assignment starting at 12:00 PM on weekdays. Pay begins at $17.50 per hour, with some Part-Time options available but requiring full-day Monday and Tuesday availability.

As a Seasonal DC Flex employee, you will pick, pack, label, replenish, and load to truck, using RF devices and supporting accurate order fulfillment while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Attention to detail; maintains accuracy and quality of work in a team environment.
• Ability to learn software and hardware used in the shipping department.
• Able to lift 55 pounds repetitively and stand/walk long periods.
• Must pass a physical and meet safety requirements.
• Be prepared to work in a fast-paced distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Pick, Pack, Label, Replenish, and Load to Truck.
• Work with robots for order fulfillment and replenishing product.
• Pack products to company standards and apply shipping labels.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and assist with equipment as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned to meet quality and deadline goals.
