Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director to produce the fall play November 12-14, 2026.
• Attend 1 meeting in early September
• Attend parent/student information night in mid-September
• Maintain production website in Google Sites in collaboration with Director
• Liaise with school and staff on behalf of Drama production
• Oversee parent volunteers to assign and complete tasks via Sign-Up Genius
• Organize adult volunteers for ticket sales, program advertising and creation
• Schedule space usage with Williston Central School front desk staff
• Highly organized and proactive in planning
