Position Objectives

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Envision artistic strategy and communicate it to support team members such as Lighting Designer, Set Builder, Producer, Costumer, and cast/crew.
• Manage the entire rehearsal process for the cast and coordinate all pieces through blocking, integrating the tech team into one coherent vision.
• Stage every moment of the show; no external collaborators for choreography or music direction.

Student Participation

Average 20-30 students per fall play.

Activity Schedule

Monday through Friday, outside the regular workday and weekends.

Time Commitment

• Prep-Work: 30 hours
• Weeks 1-7: 10 hours per week
• Week 8: 16 hours
• Week 9 (Show Week): 30 hours
• Total: ~136 hours
