FOX44/WFFF-TV & ABC22/WVNY-TV in Colchester, Vermont, offers a fall-semester paid Marketing Internship through NYSBA for students seeking practical broadcast and digital marketing experience. Learn how campaigns are built, how to identify client needs and budgets, and how reporting and managing campaigns supports success with guidance from our Marketing Consultants, Sales Managers, and the General Manager.

The internship runs from Sep 21 to Dec 31, 2-4 days per week (up to 180 hours) at $15.50

Qualifications

• Student shall be at least 17 years of age.
• Must be a resident of New York State and/or attend a school in New York State.
• Possess strong communications skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to research marketing prospects online.
• Able to learn research software packages.
• A collaborative worker with a willingness to learn.
• Previous internship experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Abide by all safety rules and procedures of Company.
• Exert best efforts in receiving training and cooperate with and follow the instructions of employees of Company.
• Maintain strictly the confidences of Company, the customers of Company, all information or data received regarding Company and any of its trade secrets or any other confidential business information received by the Student.
